The CCTST’s Collaboration & Team Science (CaTS) team recently hosted its first Team Science Fair to highlight collaboration in research. The event brought the Academic Health Center community together to share tools, skills, and resources that support team science.

Featured at the fair were several posters on past and present team science initiatives, a most recent CaTS publication list, and a handout featuring CaTS services and resources. The interactive "Communication Style" poster was a big hit, bringing in attendees wanting to learn more about their own communication styles. CaTS faculty and staff were available to discuss the services offered through CaTS, and how these resources can strengthen research teams.

The strong turnout reflects growing interest in effective research teamwork, and it was exciting to provide a space for colleagues to come and connect with each other and the broader Academic Health Center community.

The CaTS team looks forward to hosting another fair next year and continuing their work in supporting team science across the research community.
