We are excited to announce the appointment of Brittany Rosen, PhD, MEd as the Director of Dissemination and Implementation (D&I) for the CCTST.

In this leadership role, Dr. Rosen will be responsible for guiding efforts to accelerate the adoption, integration, and sustainability of evidence-based discoveries across healthcare and community settings to improve health. As a component of the Clinical and Translational Learning System (CTLS), Dr. Rosen will build on the evaluation work with all elements to embed D&I principles throughout the translational science continuum. She will also focus on several key priorities including building institutional capacity for D&I science, strengthening partnerships between researchers, clinicians, and community stakeholders, and integrating rigorous evaluation strategies to measure implementation outcomes and inform continuous quality improvement.

In the coming year, Dr. Rosen will lead several initiatives in collaboration across multiple elements, including launching a D&I Science consultation service and developing a D&I toolkit to support investigators in incorporating implementation strategies into grant proposals and study designs.
