Nutrition Research Day 2026

Nutrition Research Day will be held on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 from 8:00am to 10:00am at Cincinnati Children's in room S1.203-204.


The goal of this event is to promote awareness of nutrition research and quality improvement projects happening at UC, Cincinnati Children's, and other institutions, and foster collaboration.


Posters from faculty, staff, and students in the categories of clinical research, basic science, and quality improvement will be displayed.


*Breakfast and coffee available for presenters and attendees.


Nutrition Research Day - Poster Session and Symposium Schedule

  • 8:00am - 9:00am: Poster presentations

  • 9:00am - 10:00am: Two oral presenters selected from the abstract submissions will give short talks about their work.  

 

  • Sumus quod edimus: Short-term dietary fat quality reshapes fatty acid availability across tissues. Presented by Caterina Bartolacci, PhD

  • Exploring Low Cost Interventions to Minimize Macronutrient Loss with Human Milk Enteral Tube Feedings. Presented by Anna Paschall, MD, MSc, IBCLC


A gift basket and other prizes for exhibitor engagement will be raffled off at the end of the session.
