GET CONNECTED TO RESEARCH

Volunteer for Studies at our Health Institutions

At our health institutions, caring for patients is our number one priority. Part of this commitment involves conducting medical research, also known as research studies or clinical trials, with the goal of helping our patients live longer, healthier lives.

Research studies depend on volunteers

Research would not be possible without the many participants who volunteer in studies. With the help of participants, researchers are able to gather data that helps them to understand and prevent diseases, discover therapies, and advance medicine.

Participation is your choice

Choosing to participate in research is an important, personal decision. In order to help you make an informed decision, you should understand what it means to participate in a research study.

We hope the links and videos below will provide you with more information about what it means to participate in research. It’s also helpful to talk to your physician when thinking about participating in a research study. Research participation is not right for everyone. You should not feel bad if you or your child choose not to participate in research.
